Job: Electrical Engineer

Position Description:

This position will perform Electrical Engineering duties for analysis, development, and integration projects on airborne and ground based systems.

Projects will potentially involve diverse technology areas including analog/digital circuits, software, firmware, programmable logic, communication protocol, systems integration, and power distribution. Systems integration experience involving communications, sensors, navigation, and weapons a plus. Embedded design experience in both firmware and hardware aspects a plus. The position will involve working directly with a Sr. Electrical Engineer to understand requirements, perform design, analysis and testing to meet those requirements, and reporting progress. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be essential for the team environment.

Basic Qualifications:

Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen. Candidate must be a resident of the Huntsville, AL, area or be willing to relocate to the Huntsville, AL area.

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent degree. Candidate must demonstrate relevant skills in one or more of the focus areas, have good interpersonal skills, and have the desire to work in a highly focused technical team of engineers.

Other Qualifications:

A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience with airborne and ground based systems is desired, but candidates with other strong qualifications and experience are also encouraged to apply.

Security Requirements:

Candidate must meet eligibility for a Secret Level Clearance.
